Log into https://app.leadstrive.com with your credentials
Go to Settings > My Profile
Scroll down to the Calendar Settings at the bottom of this screen. Here you will find the Connected Calendar section.
Click the “+ Add New” button
On the pop-up screen, select Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or iCloud Calendar depending on which you’d like to sync
Depending on which calendar type you select, the prompts will take you to the integration steps for that particular account.
Sign in and Allow access.
Once you have your calendar Account connected (Google/Outlook/iCloud), you can now configure which calendars you have on those accounts you would like to sync to LeadStrive’s booking calendars.
Under Calendar Configuration, click the EDIT button next to “Linked Calendar” in order to define which calendar you would like LeadStrive bookings to post TO.
Then, under Conflict Calendars, click EDIT in order to define which calendar you would like LeadStrive to cross-reference before showing availability on a live page! This is to avoid allowing others to book during a time slot where you are busy.
<aside> 💡 TIP: For optimal efficiency, consider scheduling your extended busy days—such as work trips, vacations, or sick days—directly into your work calendar (Google/Outlook/iCloud).
