✅ Finding a Contact:

There are multiple ways to locate a contact:

• Through your Contacts section (found on the left-hand menu)
• Searching for the Contact by Name/Email/Phone through the quick search bar (At the top left of your screen — keyboard shortcut Control+K (Cmd+K on MacOS))

✅ Contact survey or form submissions:

Clicking into the contact’s name from the list of Contacts will take you into the Contact Details screen:

Inside each contact, you will find on the right third of the screen, the Activity tab (1st icon of 6 in the screenshot below).

This Activity timeline is going to show you every step of the way that a person has taken, including any FORM or SURVEY submission they have entered.

The Submissions are shown with in individual blocks, such as:

Anywhere there is a submission, you can click the CLIPBOARD ICON to the right of it to bring up all of the data they submitted at that day and time.
